our founder’s story
When asked what kind of work would truly matter given is gifts, calling, and experience, Jeremy realized his passion lies at the intersection of faith and organizational health. He believes churches are the hope of the nations and our communities, each with a distinct culture shaped by its history, convictions, and context. Drawing on years of executive ministry and corporate marketing experience, he partners with churches one-by-one to confidently identify their DNA—so they can recruit healthy leaders who not only fit today’s needs but thrive as longterm members of their dream team.
Jeremy has a Master’s Divinity degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. He lives in St. Louis with his wife and four children.
