First 90 days coaching

While seasoned leaders often hit the ground running, having an outside perspective can make all the difference. Over the first three months, we offer flexible coaching—answering questions, providing guidance on context and culture, and partnering with your new hire to navigate early challenges—so they gain confidence, clarity, and momentum in their role.
