  • DISCOVER

    • Cultural Clarity: This is your foundational differentiator - not the only one, but the starting one. Welcome to ground zero for understanding and communicating your brand!

      • Audit and Assessment - with an unbiased perspective, I will talk with decision-makers and stake-holders to gather insights and an understanding about the underlying core of your organization. This process centers around dialogue that ends with alignment and clarity about your authentic identity and unique culture.

      • Audience Personas - in an effort to know who you are trying to reach, we create profiles of 2-3 “heroes” you want to serve on their journey.

      • Playbook - through this collaboration, we will create a “playbook,” which is a one-page guide that keeps everyone on the same page moving forward, and provides the foundation for all branding and marketing efforts

  • DIRECTION

    • I’ll create 3 different identity directions where each one stands on attributes of your unique culture we uncovered during Discovery. Known as Stylescapes, these are not mood boards nor are they mockups, but rather references that we can pull from in honing in your unique logo and brand style.

  • DESIGN

    • Logo - built on the cultural clarity we uncover and the direction you choose. Your brand is more than a logo, but your logo is the most memorable element of your brand, so it’s important that it reflects your culture, organizational identity, and personality. This is the key identifier of your brand (but not meant to explain!). I’ll create several logos for you to choose from, and you’ll have multiple opportunities over this iterative process to give input and feedback along the way. I’m finished when you’re satisfied.

      • Secondary Logo - a variation of the main logo, because, who doesn’t like options?

      • Icons - thematic to logo, and can be used on website, Instagram, emails, etc.

  • DELIVER: when customers interact with your brand, you want them to automatically think of how your company can help them, and you want them to trust that you can deliver. The quickest way to get noticed is not to stop sounding like the competition, but rather to start sounding like you.

    • Your story - leveraging your playbook to think through how to share your beliefs, values, and products

    • Your audience’s touchpoints - where and how do they interact with your brand?

    • Your authentic and genuine voice - in the end, an unforgettable brand is an honest reflection of the company/organization it stands for. You are vying for people’s attention, and they know when there is dissonance, even if it’s unintentional.

    • Your brand guidelines - having consistent colors, style, fonts, messaging, responses, tone, and feel across everything, so that when they see your business card, or website, presentations, or your packaging, it invokes in them that sense of trust, or at least intrigues them to give you a deeper look.

Your price is custom designed to fit your needs, budget, and scope of the project. As a small operation, I can offer better pricing and a personal touch you won’t get with big firms, while getting the same high quality results.

It’s also important to note that I want to give as much of the work back to you as I can, which means you will own 100% of the design assets, and I’ll provide everything you need to apply your brand in the real world moving forward.
